Mission : Responsible to develop the company in China.

GENERAL MANAGER CHINA Based in Shanghai
- Responsible for planning and managing all Business activities within a large organization.
- Managing the global team in china.
- Defines the sales plan and commercial strategy, including sales, exports, customer services, etc.
- Responsible for achievement of both quantitative and qualitative sales objectives.
- Takes part in negotiations of major contracts, developing personal contacts with major clients.
- Manages and trains regional or specialist managers.
Typical Responsibilities:
- Develops and reviews all sales plans.
- Works closely with sales team and Business Development on all major contracts.
- Works with marketing and distribution management to ensure efficient service to customers.
- Coordinates all sales staff. Including the web Team
- Manages multiple product lines or divisions.
- Manages and trains regional or specialist managers.
Formal Education / Knowledge / Experience Needed To Perform The Position.
- Native Chinese , Fluent English, French Speaker a Must
- MBA preferable,
- Experience in a range of business processes and E-commerce in China,
- Experience in Luxury or High End Product in china
- 10+ years solid management experience
- 5+ years of successfully managing people
- Substantial experience with MNC/JV company and in cross culture environment
SPECIFIC SKILLS required
- Outstanding communication skills with sound spoken and written English at all levels (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and in a project management environment
- Proven ability to provide high level customer service
