Based in Beijing, Gregory is the Operation Director, Beijing for Dragonfly Group.

Prior to joining Dragonfly Group, Gregory worked for an Executive Search firm in Beijing & Shanghai for 2 years, as an Executive Consultant in charge of developing recruitment business for sectors such as Advertising, FMCG, Healthcare, IT, Manufacturing, Retail & Luxury. He was also specialized in the recruitment of bankers for the private and retail banking sector and finance executives for all sectors.

Before joining the HR industry, Gregory served in Retail Banking for HSBC in Beijing and Shanghai. He managed and led a team of relationship managers serving portfolios comprised of Chinese and Foreign high net worth individual customers.

Before his banking experience, Gregory held Sales and Marketing positions in Beijing for Air France and Accor. He developed B to B business for both companies.

This cross industry exposure has provided Gregory with not only a degree of generalized technical knowledge but also a result-driven and customer-oriented attitude.

Gregory has more than 10 years of working experience in Mainland China.
He is fluent in English, French, and Mandarin.
